Bingo & Baskets

Join us for Bingo & Baskets! We need parent volunteers to help keep check-in, Bingo, concessions, and our basket raffle running smoothly. Choose the session and role that works best for you. No experience needed — we’ll provide everything you need when you arrive!

Volunteer Roles

  • Check-In & Entry: Welcome families, assist with pre-sale check-in and Play Pass pickup, distribute session materials/wristbands, and help with day-of Play Pass sales if space is still available.

  • Bingo Validators: Verify winning Bingo cards before prizes are awarded. We’ll show you exactly what to look for!

  • Bingo Prize Table: Hand out prizes to confirmed Bingo winners and keep the prize area organized.

  • Concessions: Help with pre-purchased food pickup and food and drink sales.

  • Raffle Basket Helper: Keep the basket area organized, assist families, and answer basic raffle questions.

  • Raffle Ticket Sales: Sell raffle tickets during the event and answer basic raffle questions.

Please arrive promptly for your selected shift and check in with the PTO Event Lead before heading to your station. At the end of your shift, please check with the Event Lead before leaving in case your area needs a quick reset or handoff.
