Help us make Movie Under the Stars a fun, easy night for our CWE families! We’re keeping volunteer shifts short so everyone still has plenty of time to enjoy the movie with their own family.

Volunteers

We'll give you specific assignments when you arrive. Please check in at the concession area on the blacktop behind the pavilion.

Set Up Crew
Help us get ready for the night! You’ll assist with concession tables, signs, trash bins, pavilion tablecloths, seating markers, coolers, and other event supplies. Your shift ends before the movie so that you won’t miss any of it!

Concessions Crew
Help keep concessions moving during our busiest time! You may help fulfill preorders, serve pizza and hot dogs, or restock popcorn, candy, and drinks. PTO Board members will handle payments. Your shift ends just after the movie begins so that you can enjoy the rest with your family!

Clean Up Crew
Enjoy the movie first, then help us finish the end-of-night cleanup! You’ll help break down concessions, collect signs and supplies, clear the pavilion and field, take out trash, and move PTO supplies inside for Monday. You can enjoy the full movie before your shift begins!

Pack Up Crew
Help us finish the final piece of cleanup! We’ll organize the event supplies brought inside on Friday night and return everything to its proper PTO storage area. This should be a quick and easy job with a few extra hands!
